there is five steps to convert windows xp sps to to sps3

1.   Go to Start menu and click Run


2.   Type regedit

3.   Select HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE

4.   Select System

5.   Select CurrentControlSet

6.   Select Windows.

7.   Then select CSDVERSION and change the Number 200 to 300 and then restart the computer
